 I'm locked out of the website - what happened?
Article BBP Online memberships for individuals are assigned a single user name and password, for use on a single computer.  The system can detect when two different computers are trying to login using the same user name and password.  This is designed to protect your membership from being abused if your login information is shared or stolen.  

If this is detected, your account will automatically be locked for 24 hours.

If this happens to you by accident, please let us know and we'll unlock your account as soon as we can.
